Preparation and biological study of new (Tetrazole, β-Lactam, Thiazolidinedione, Oxazepine, and Imidazole) derive from 2-aminobenzimidazol

Through this study, a group of heterocyclic compounds represented by five-membered ring, seven rings, and tetracyclic Oxazepine, β-lactam, Thiazolidines, Imidazolidines, were prepared depending on the intermediate compound, Schiff bases, that from reaction 2-Aminobenzimidazol with 4-Bromobenzaldehyde to form (azomethine-CH=N) above formed pathway bond. All new derivatives created Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) Analysis, 1HNMR spectroscopic data, the13C NMR spectrum. The biological activity their effect negative positive bacteria (Escherichia coli) (Staphylococcus aureus) Efficacy have been studied Penicillium mushrooms.
